Please note: In the winter you may see seaweed, there is very little we can do about it due to environmental regulations. Please keep in mind the following fees and let us know if you bring any of these... Boats: $350 fee per boat to stay at our private dock Pets: $350 per pet (for the whole stay) Note: you may experience floating seaweed, they are typically seasonal, washing ashore in coastal areas of the Florida Keys. The scale of these natural blooms often means there is not much direct intervention that can prevent the seaweed from reaching the shore, as the user noted. Our prices include all fees.
